It is easy to find fault with noble attempts at change, like Whistler2020 and Vancouver’s Greenest City Action Plan, but the goal we need to achieve isn’t set by easy and being whiny. It is to find what works about these plans and make your contribution so that they are greater than the original participants ever imagined. That’s hard. That’s commitment. That’s how change works.
